We apply a generous amount of a magnificent numbing cream minutes before the treatment, allowing time for the anaesthetic to kick in. We never begin any treatment before you feel comfortable and numb. Additionally, the filler has lidocaine incorporated within to minimise pain and discomfort.

During the treatment we ensure that you leave completely smooth by giving a specialised extensive massage. To ensure the filler stays this way, we give a set of directions you should follow to take good care of your treatment.

During our years of experience, we have noticed that 1ml is the perfect volume to start with as it allows us the opportunity to have enough filler to fill in all the gaps inside the lips and still see satisfactory results.

This is down to personal preference, lip size/amount of previous filler.

If this is your first treatment we recommend 1 ml ;

-0.5 ml will give a VERY subtle look once swelling goes down.

We recommend this for nervous first time clients who are happy to be more patient in waiting for their results or just want to see what 0.5mL Looks Like.

It could take up to 6 sessions to reach your desired result,

-1 ml – This is the Recommended amount for your First Time Swelling is very Normal after the Procedure (Some People miss their Swelling) Once this swelling goes down they will settle to be visibly more plumped. This is more cost effective as you may only need up to 3 sessions to build your lips to the desired shape

It is important to remember that everyone and every time you have a treatment done is different. Sometimes you may find that you get hardly any bruising/swelling, whereas other times you may experience significant bruising/swelling. To an extent this mild side effects can’t be completely avoided.

All of our clients must be 18 years old and over. If you look younger than 25 you may be asked for your ID.

Results may vary depending on how much filler is used and your natural features, everyone is unique and beautiful.

We use different types of fillers in very strategic places, in order to achieve natural and beautiful results that enhances your features and suit your face.

We understand that there are many misconceptions about these types of treatments because of celebrities who have changed their appearance completely and stories about painful experiences.

However, what differentiates SY Clinic is its methodology, as it is best to start at a smaller scale and build up gradually with no “one size fits all” template to follow.

Botox is not like dermal filler, it does not fill in the existing lines but it temporarily relaxes the muscles that create further wrinkles. It can take up to 14 days to see the full effect.

At SY Clinic, we like to be perfectionists and therefore, encourage our clients to come back for a free top up after two weeks. This ensures that you get perfect results and see the improvement.

Botox will last up to 3-6 months, depending on your body’s metabolism and tolerance. However, when a muscle is not in frequent use it will shrink in size (muscle atrophy) therefore, you may find that after several treatments the results can last a bit longer.

As we always say, prevention is better than the cure. Therefore, we recommend booking in for a treatment as soon as you start to see static lines, which are those lines that appear even when the muscle is rested.
